SUMMER SAUSAGE





We make a great "cracker" sausage. Just in time for football season, a snack in the park,or a meal in the woods. You can't beat our summer sausage. Try our tasty plain summer sausage, or we can add pepper jack cheese or jalapeno & cheddar cheese. Since we use a marinated jalapeno, our jalapeno & cheese summer sausage is not hot, just full of flavor. (Our 20 lb. minimum order makes 6 large sticks that we cut in half before we vaccum pack).

SNACK STICKS





Thicker than a pencil, these sausages are about the thickness of your pinky. They sure do make a great snack. A specialty of ours, we can make yours original, cajun, bbq, pepper jack cheese, or jalapeno and cheese. We pack 6 or 7 sticks per bag before we vacuum pack in bags around 3/4ths of a pound per bag. (10 lb. minimum)

Our link sausages are all vacuum packed in small packages (around one pound) at no extra charge for freshness, quality, and convenience.
